The company I work for switched our stock to UBS, and it has been the worst! You can not get ahold of anyone who can or at least is willing to help! I think I will be pulling out and taking business elsewhere!
I have been with UBS for over 15 years and I have never had an issue with Mr. Arnold. I call Mr. Arnold and get the financials on companies I want to invest in, he does not bother me everyday wanting me to buy stocks to get more commission. I will ask his opinion on occasion on certain stocks to invest in but we always invest in what I decide.
