I would give this branch zero reviews if I could. The lady answering the phone for Noey Hoy is rude and unhelpful. She wouldn't even answer general questions about UBS. I'm trying to figure out if my mom had an account since she passed away. I have POA which she wouldn't accept and was rude and told me she couldn't help.
Wow, one of the worst experiences trying to close an account. I’ve called 5 times first one was Feb 10th, still have not taken care of my needs. Just so disappointed. 🥺
