I had a very disappointing experience with UBS. Their customer service is abysmal—long response times, unhelpful representatives, and a general lack of concern for customer issues. I opened an account with them hoping for a high level of professionalism and service, but instead, I found nothing but frustration. There were constant errors in my account, and when I reached out for help, the responses were delayed and unproductive.
