The lack of respect and compassion were hard to comprehend. Who tells a 23 year old who has just lost his father that they dont have time to talk to him? Several times he was given him the wrong information to retrieve the required documents. This is inexcusable as it is their job to have the resources and knowledge to deal with these situations and to assist in the transactions as needed.
