Total lack of accountability in this office. It took three weeks of calling to even get an adviser to set up an appointment, then she left before I arrived, 5 minutes late due to road closures. I called to let her know I was running a few minutes late, the phones were already turned over to voicemail. (They close at 3:30? Must be nice!) Excellent information, planning and suggestions for young and old. Everyone can begin their nest egg for retirement or other investments and now is the best time. Tomorrow never seems to come for doing this most important life-time need. I appreciate all of the staff and advisors very much and have found them to be well on-top of things, current and keep me well informed.
