There a woman by the name of Kim that works here that deserves a raise ..she always so sweet and so professional and so knowledgeable with a lil bit of hood in her lol (some of the things she says )..she’s jus an awesome person and I wish everyone who does customer service had the same attitude professionalism and a gift for gab the way she does ..she always makes my experience great ! Great customer service skills Kim..keep doing your big one girl !!!
Noah at ubreakifix was extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my Nintendo Switch was in tip top shape. Not my first time at ubreakifix but certainly a time that will keep me coming back!
