Dropped my phone & earbuds+case in a manhole at work, both got submerged & covered in mud, inside & out. Kim was super helpful & understanding. She gave me a fair quote, & explained she wasn't sure if she would be able to clean the earbuds+case as deeply, but tried anyway, & came out with both looking brand new in only a few minutes. 10/10 service from Kim & happy I was able to come home from a long day of work with restored & fully functioning devices.

Do not go here if you have the Samsung flip/fold phones. When I returned to pick up my phone for screen cracks on the front screen of my Fold 6, the employee returned my phone to me in FAR worse condition. My screen had minor cracks in it before, and I say minor because the screen was fully functioning albeit cracked. Upon return to me the front screen was missing CHUNKS, misaligned, jagged and sharp and no longer worked at all. I made claim at AT&T on broken iPhone and they send us to this place get a replacement. So my wife went to pick up and there was a confusion between them and insurance. This people instead of explaining and do customer service as they should just straight been rude and inpatient and not nice at all. Don't know what was wrong with that guy. It happened on 6/23/26 between 11am-12pm. Hope management will do something about that.
My husband's phone died and Kim @ the Louetta location in Houston, Texas, was amazing. She was so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to do what it takes to fix the situation. She is an asset. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
