We came in thinking my phone was broken. Luckily, Noah was able to help me by taking it to the back and checking it out. He was very considerate with all I’d mentioned I noticed wrong, and within 15 minutes my phone was back on working!

I had an appointment today at 12:30 I made thru the samsung customer service for my flip6. There is screen issue with dots appearing near the hinge. After going to my appointment the lady at the front, who never looked at my phone, never touched my phone or held my phone, told me my phone warranty won't cover the phone bc in the past samsung gave them a penalty for fixing the phones.
