I bought in my old iPhone X in to ubreakifix store to have them switch overall the data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. I would like to recognize these three professional employees for a Outstanding job.  Mike, Areem and Isaac these three employees are very polite and very professional and new the issue right a way what the problem was. If I could give them a higher make than five I would. I highly recommend this is the best place in Orlando for phone repair…thank you!

After being sent to 3 different repair locations, I was recommended to go here. I wish this was my first stop! I was short on time and needed to have my elderly mother’s phone fixed before my flight. Malik and staff (wish I would have gotten their names too) were awesome! Not only did they get the job done…they were helpful, friendly, patient and understanding with my elderly Mother’s repetitive questions. She and her device were handled with care. I would highly recommend!

Walked in with a phone that wouldn't charge and walked out 2-3mins later with one that would. Fast and accurate, I'll be back if I have any other problems.

Went to ridge rd office after making appointment days ahead. The place was filthy...floors hadn't been cleaned in months. Even tho I specified in the apptmt exactly what I wanted, the guy said he had to check for the part...which he didnt have and I'd have to come back the next day. I told him you knew what I wanted how could you not have the part. I told him he was incompetent and left.

Tried to drop off my Windows Surface. Due to ‘creative management changes’ (whatever that is suppose to mean), UbreakIfix is talking no new work orders for at least the next 30 days.  They recommended that I visit their Pineville location which I tried to do and could not find it.  I don’t have time for stuff like this in my life, you shouldn’t either.

I needed a new speaker on my only year in a half old phone. Called the Janesville ubreakifix. I called first to make sure they had the part and when I drove the 50 minutes to the store they said I am sorry we fo not have the part. Worst customer service ever and a complete waste of my time and gas.

I stopped in for a problem with my phone which I wasn't sure was a little or big problem. The technician quickly diagnosed it, gave me two potential solutions, and did not charge me. Much appreciated!

AVOID! This location will con you!! Brought my phone in because ocean water got inside it. They charged me $50 to try and fix it but said they couldn't. I then went to 4 other locations (including other ubreakifix) locations and every one of them immediately said there is no way to fix it and every fix-it store knows internal ocean water damage can't be fixed once the phone short circuits. This shop knew my phone was ruined and unrepairable when I entered but still charged me money to "try" and fix it. This particular shop ... read more
