I'm getting green lines in my screen. They won't replace or fix my my phone screen because they say I dropped my phone. The phone has never been dropped, no cracks, no dents and no chips on the device. I have screen pixelation issues they don't want to fix due to being paid through google warranty coverage so it's their job to dictate customer at fault issues even if their claims are untrue. Tech was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, without hesitation. Most importantly, he was kind, respectful, courteous and patient. Not only to me but the other patrons in line ahead of me. He didn't rush any person, just to get to the next person in line. Without a doubt, I will be using this company in the future, should the need arise.
I brought my broken phone to them to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix it and they told me that it would be cheaper to just replace it with something else and they would have to order the parts for it to be able to fix it. So they offered me a different phone if I wanted. Brought my old Samsung with cracked screen in to see if it would be worthwhile to have it fixed. Immediately upon looking at the phone, the tech (wish I got his name) said it looks like just the screen protector is cracked and not the actual screen. I told him No, the screen is cracked and that is why I put the protector on it.
