Came in to replace my screen thru insurance and that went fine. They were distance but professional. The 'interesting' moment was when I dropped it off they asked if I had battery issues and I told them no. (My phone would hold a charge for a day and a half before I would need to charge it).... I came In needed my concle cleaned got her back tryed to start her but she shut off after 2 seconds. Brought her back to the store, it took abit of time but they honored there worenty. All in all the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and my concle don't sound like a 747 trying to take off when I play the most concle demanding game I have palworld, She's so quiet know i can barely hear her even with my face writght next to her. I'd be more than happy to go back despite the emotional trauma from waiting. Still FIVE STAR!
Extremely poor customer service from uBreakiFix. I called to get an update on my printer repair and the employee named David was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. I was simply asking about the status of my device, and instead of helping, he spoke with a disrespectful attitude. Then he had the nerve to call me back and tell me to come pick up my printer because they weren’t going to fix it. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
I’m very happy with the service and this location especially. I’ve brought a few items for repair a classic iPod which they got operating with a newly installed battery and more recently a MacBook Pro 2011 which I thought would’ve been trashed but they got it up and working well. The staff was responsive good quality of work. Would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. Fixed my phone quickly and was extremely reasonably priced. I will definitely return if I have any issues with technology in the future.
