I’ve been at the 3275 Silas Dean Hwy office TWICE and no one is ever at the desk to greet customers!!!! You have to wait for them to stop what they’re doing before finding out what I need!! Anyone could take every piece of equipment on the front desk and they would never know it!!!!!!!!!! I’m never coming to this store and I’d recon you don’t either!!!!!!!
Love it here! Went there twice because my daughter and I cracked our screens a day apart from each other! (Yaaay me-lol) But anyway, they were very fast and efficient. Everything turned out perfect and our phones are like new! I definitely recommend!!!
Nothing but great things to say about this place. Any interaction I've had has been very professional and helpful. I took my son's pixel 6A to get the screen and LCD fixed. It was very affordable 10 out of 10. I'd recommend I'll be back for my other phone screens that I broke
Had my phone six hours, no updates, til I dropped in on my own and they told me they couldn't replace the battery and gave no further detail. Told me I'd have to replace the device after already submitting claim through asurion. Better off going to the local guys or a mall kiosk honestly, they'll actually do the work.
