Love it here! Went there twice because my daughter and I cracked our screens a day apart from each other! (Yaaay me-lol) But anyway, they were very fast and efficient. Everything turned out perfect and our phones are like new! I definitely recommend!!!
Nothing but great things to say about this place. Any interaction I've had has been very professional and helpful. I took my son's pixel 6A to get the screen and LCD fixed. It was very affordable 10 out of 10. I'd recommend I'll be back for my other phone screens that I broke
Had my phone six hours, no updates, til I dropped in on my own and they told me they couldn't replace the battery and gave no further detail. Told me I'd have to replace the device after already submitting claim through asurion. Better off going to the local guys or a mall kiosk honestly, they'll actually do the work.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. I showed up on time for a scheduled appointment, but no one acknowledged me when I arrived. I asked about the status of my appointment and was told to wait, but I was completely ignored while the staff helped someone else. I ended up standing there until the store closed, without ever receiving any assistance or explanation. On top of that, I came specifically to have a stripped screw removed from my laptop.
