My samsung Galazy S20FE 5G decided to belly flop from my hand onto some pavement face-down. I thought my phone was a goner. These guys really pulled through and got my gadget working fine. Also threw in a battery because of how old it is. Definitely would recommend them to others who have device issues.

Deceptive practices, defective parts, dishonest employees; total waste of time and money! I originally brought an XBOX ONE X to the Libertyville, IL location for power supply replacement. The initial diagnostic/repair took about a week total and was quoted 50% higher price ($150 vs $100) than other repair shops but the staff at UBREAKIFIX took advantage of a long holiday weekend to coerce me into having the repair done at their higher price, otherwise I wouldn't get my broken system back until after the holiday weekend which... read more
