Honestly probably one of my worst experiences with a tech company, I dropped my ps5 off they said it would take 3 days took over 2 weeks and i’m still currently waiting on a call back to pick up my ps5. What could possibly be the hold up.
10/13 update: I picked up the phone and it works fine however in the 3 days I was without my phone because they broke their promise of a 2 hour guarantee I ended up with a $295 emergency repair bill for a rental property because the pilot light went out and the tenant couldn't contact me so they hired an emergency after hours plumber to get the hot water back on. TLDR they guaranteed my phone would be done in 2 hours, broke their word and I have to go 3 days without a phone....I had a screen replaced on my phone and as of writing this I cannot comment on how the actual repair turned out though I'm sure it is fine...however I made it very clear that when I dropped it off at 345 on Friday if they could not have it ready to be picked up by 545 the same day I would come back the following week as I would be unable to get back to pick it up during their store hours until Monday afternoon ... read more
They fixed my devices in under a week maybe about 3-2 days and thats only when they are backed up
Great service! I tried to get the problem with my son's computer fixed elsewhere but they just could not get the job done. Noah is fantastic to work with and he did an awesome job. uBreakiFix is now my go to for computer issues.
