Not a good experience. Did not give me a quote before charging $147. I indicated unwillingness to pay. they didn't offer me a reduced rate, simply undid the correction they made. No apology and effort to seek a compromise, simply undid the fix. Not a good move for customer relations.
As a first-time customer, I was sincerely impressed with the courteous, professional and efficient service delivered by the South Miami representative Amet! He took the time and patience and CARE to explain my computer issues and he has earned my trust a as a true professional knowledgeable of his craft! I am very grateful for their service and have already started sharing my wonderful experience with friends and family alike! Great company to have so conveniently located in South Miami!! Thank you!!
