Came here with my boyfriend to replace my iphone screen. Whoever was working on it didn’t put the screws back in. I dropped my phone on my carpeted floor and my phone split right open. I went back and showed them that screws were missing. I never got the name of who was at the register, but they rudely grabbed my phone out of my hand and began to input my code to unlock my phone.
