I've been here maybe 3 or 4 times now and I can't say enough good things about the customer service part. These guys are constantly working on people's devices and you wouldn't be able to tell based off of how focused on YOU that they make you feel. They seem to go out of their way for you and that must be appreciated in this post-pandemic world where industries that have CS have realized they no longer have to provide good customer service anymore, and they exercise that en masse.
