I brought my iPad 4th generation in because I cracked the bottom right corner of my screen they had to send away for another white screen that was fine with me but after picking it up they told me they accidentally got some glass shards under the screen protector from when they were fixing the white part of the glass so now the glass shards are on my black park of my iPad they told me it should be ok but eventually it could damage the black screen of my iPad and I'm not to happy about that I ended up paying $100 and that's n... read more

Previously gave this location 1 star (would've gave it 0), until they were bought by Asurion. Now they are like a legitimate business. Any time I have repair, they can fix it if it can be fixed, and they are good at service - friendly and professional. Their systems have been up and running without issue to reference warranty info and provide repairs. Keep up the good work and keep getting better.
