7-11-25 The price point was pricey but hey it’s freaking Apple. However the technician was very informed, pleasant, polite and helpful! As well the turnaround for my phone back was like 45 minutes, which was freaking awesome!
Do not go here, their products barely last the warranty period, my laptop screen died the day the warranty expired and these absolute thieves wanted to charge me again to have it replaced. They have no sense of accountability or customer service.
The location in Plantation is great. They give great customer service and they were really interested in helping everyone that walked through their doors. The Sunrise location made me feel like I was bothering them and like they didn't want to service my phone.
The staff at this location is AWESOME!! I will recommend uBreakiFix on S University Dr in Plantation to everyone.
