Great experience. Went in for a warranty claim on my pre-installed screen protector for my Galaxy Z Flip6. Austin at the front desk had awesome customer service skills and ran me through the process quickly. Within one hour, Oliver had replaced my screen protector and I was out of there with a fresh looking screen. Thanks guys!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE! These guys go ABOVE and beyond. I haven't experienced this kind of service, care and attention in a very long time. Even when there is nothing they can do, they will call around or go out of their way to help. They genuinely want to help. I hope my phone never breaks again but if any of my devices go thru anything im bringing it to this group.
