Terrible experience. For starters they will charge you for diagnostics despite not being able to repair or order parts for devices. The bigger issue is their device holding policy. This was the only repair center close to me and it is far away from where I live i was assured by the manager that they would be able to hold onto my device without issue. Turns out that is false, they have a 90 day holding policy which is not mentioned on any of the receipts I received from this location or by the staff. Even worse they never con... read more
