Excellent service! Was having issues with my Pixel 7a battery, swollen and dying I brought my phone in around 2pm. Ian I believe his name was, was able to pull up warranty information using my phones IMEI and replaced my battery for free which I was not expecting. They reached out to me at 5pm telling me it was ready for pickup. Less than 3 hours I had my phone in hand basically brand new. Hopefully the new battery gives me a few more years but regardless I know where I'm taking my next device if things go wrong. Thank you
