Got my labtop diagnosed and fixed within 2 weeks for a price so much lower than what I would’ve had to pay else were, that and the staff are great
I feel it would be unfair to give less than 2 stars or less, as the work was done. I feel giving 4 stars or more would not be fair either, as the process slow and frustrating, and transparency of the process left much to be desired. That leaves 3 stars as the only option. The work will get done, but it can probably be done in a more efficient, less frustrating manner elsewhere.
