I do not recommend using this UbreakiFix location off of Katy Fwy off of Echo (hopefully it’s only this specific location but if this is the standard of service for the entire organization, I wouldn’t use any UbreakiFix). I took off of work for a 10am appointment. Nobody was there. Other stores in the area did not answer the phone.
Told me to come in Thursday morning July 17th, 2025. Your suppose to be open at 10am. Here it is 10:56am and im standing outside a locked store.
