I took off of work for a 10am appointment. Nobody was there. Other stores in the area did not answer the phone.
Told me to come in Thursday morning July 17th, 2025. Your suppose to be open at 10am. Here it is 10:56am and im standing outside a locked store.
Had a great interaction with Ray. Was originally dealing with new employees so had to make a few uneccessry trips to get what I needed. Fortunatly Ray was effecient, came through and took care of my phone issue. As a former VZ and TMO cells rep, this place is my go to for cell phone repair issues! Thanks again!
Part never came in, I called multiple times and after a week I went elsewhere.
