I brought my phone in for a quick repair, Ethan was amazing, he did what others couldn't my wait was easy/ breezy. Ethan is AWESOME.

Great experience, we initially were advised that it could take up to a week for the repair of our Nintendo Switch but within hours the tech was able to resolve the issue and repair the Nintendo Switch, now my son is able to play with it again.
We had an appointment here to fix a phone before an out of town trip. We booked the night before and arrived a few minutes after their site said they opened. However, noone was in the store. The security gate was closed and all lights off. We waited for about 30+ minutes with several phone calls to try to see if there was a way to get in touch with someone about possible adjusted hours.
