Great knowledgeable & professional service. Ethan tried multiple times to fix my phone’s issue & kindly. Helpful and after over a week, I should have my phone back within a day or two. Staff is very knowledgeable, understanding and with genuine patience. I appreciate you all. Side note- After the usual, less than basic customer service at local ATT service provider store -who’s bounced me around for a solution, this business helped resolve better than who we pay and contract with for monthly services.
