The gentleman explained very specifically how the Premium Wireless Pro, Jonathan Williams had misrepresented himself to me. I had no wk done yet felt as if UBIF was f-i-n-a-l-l-y a good friend I could trust. Upon researching his answers, I found everything he said to be 100% correct. I went, expecting less than the prompt, SUPER professional, and SPEEDY replacement of my newest pixel LCD! These guys were a full 2 hours better than I have EVER had for an "insurance repair." Knowledgeable, professional, a bit cocky about his experience and knowledge, (turns out, rightfully cocky,) but I know my phone is in great hands with these guys. Not to mention, the replacement LCD is perfect! Thanks again guys!
