UPDATE: After my initial frustration, the store supervisor, Kendrick, personally reached out to me and resolved the issue by repairing my screen at no additional cost & including a screen protector. I had an issue with my MacBook Pro and took it in on a Saturday afternoon. I was afraid the issue was due to potential water damage, but Ian called me back in about two hours, explained the non-water issue, and because it was a "quick fix", they gave me a partial refund of the diagnostic fee I paid upfront. I would definitely use them again.
