Brought in my phone for a battery replacement. When my phone was given back to me it had numerous issues. The front camera was incredibly blurry. The finger print sensor didn't work. The screen was malfunctioning. Google had to send me a replacement phone. Avoid this store at all costs.

The simple task of getting a new battery had more pleasant surprises than expected. While they give an estimated 3-4 hours to make the switch, it only took about 1. They didn't need to remove my screen protector (due to the type of phone I had) and they discovered my expired warranty had been extended. Yay! Overall, while everyone's experiences are different, the men I met and worked with were very pleasant, clear with their explanations, quick with their tasks, and super polite. Thank you for the new battery!
