Took in my son’s phone to get repaired. They replaced the screen, but we were having issues. We returned to the store. The guys tried to fix the phone, but we’re unable to, so they issued us a refund. Excellent customer service; Nicholas and your co-worker. Really appreciate everything that you did. 5 stars are integrity and professionalism 👏🏽👏🏽 thank you.
uBreakiFix replaced my phone's battery and the back due to water damage for a very reasonable price and within the time frame they said. Saving me from having to buy a new phone.
I went for a cracked camera lens on my iPhone, and they had to remove the screen (this was the second cracked camera lens I've had and no one has ever had to remove a screen for this.) When they removed the screen, they damaged the screen itself and put a complete new screen at no cost. The new screen they installed was lagging and had a delayed response, which I explained to them it wasn't like that before.
