Broke screen on my iPhone 17 pro max. I went through Asurion and set up the claim and the appointment for the tech to come to my home, is a very clean process. Not only did the tech arrive early by three hours he called beforehand to make sure that was OK. When he arrived, I assumed he was gonna come inside with his tools and swap the screen in my home, He corrected me and said no he has all everything in his truck. I was like OK dude if you’re sure.
