My iPhone stopped charging - I thought charge port went bad, blew it out with keyboard cleaner and did what I could but to no avail. Brought it in and they cleaned up the charge port, at no charge mind you, and turns out that’s all it needed. My couple of experiences with this location have been great. Great customer service there is limited parking but over all experience was nice make a claim for your with the provider before you come to get your phone repaired head's up.

terrible service, contacted Samsung and they told me to come to this store, staff told me they had no way of repairing my screen because of a minor issue due to wear and tear (that part was not that one needed a fix), I was on warranty time and they told me it was gonna be nearly $400 to be repaired since the warranty basically "didn't apply". Mind you, I paid 800 dollars for that phone, so I went to another uBreakitiFix and they accepted it right away... seems by the reviews that this is common and they're just looking to c... read more
