I made an online appointment at this location for last Saturday. I arrived at the time of my appointment and there was a sign on the door saying “closed Saturday and Sunday until further notice”. It’s super frustrating that I could even make an appointment when the store was closed. I made it several days ahead of time, so there was ample time for someone to call or email and ask to reschedule for a day they were open or to point me in the direction of a location that was open. Save your time and go to another location. Their hours on website/Google do not reflect their actual operation hours which is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00-2:00 PM. My phone was supposed to be fixed in two hours, and it took them over a week. I called them 15 times (this is not an exaggeration) to see the status of my phone repair. Do you think they called me back? No. I had to finally show up in person today (without confirmation of my device being ready) to see if it was ready for pickup and it was. Terrible cus... read more
We have had nothing but great experiences with repairs to our phones and iPads with the Coral Gables (Ponce de Leon) location. Nico is also very professional and warm with all customers. This is reflected in the flow of new and return customers I see whenever in the store. Seems hours are cut back and hoping all continues well.
