Travis helped me get out a stripped screw from my laptop and is very nice and helpful! Would come back here to get any additional support from these guys!
Has to replace the home button on an iPad. It took 2 days and then when I couldn't get them to answer the phone I went in, only to find out that they broke the glass during the repair. They didn't have the black glass and had to order it from somewhere. They told me it would be 4 or 5 days to receive and repair it. I picked it up today and it seems to be working properly.
Don't bring your Apple products here. They "repair" with faulty and cheap parts from a third party seller. But if you call the store they make up a bunch of BS excuses and then claim it was your fault something happened so they don't have to honor the warranty. And then when you call support, they act like they will help you but then they ghost you. They just want your money and see you as a dollar sign.
