I went in last Saturday and I wanted my iPhone fixed I had no problem “pre ordering” the parts that was needed. Long story short I went in today to get it fixed and the same guy I talked to said that they hadn’t ordered it yet and I would have to wait another 3-5 business days! So I asked the man working what should I do he states “he don’t know” so at that point I felt like he was unprofessional and I wanted my refund he was being a complete jerk and I will never come in this place again and will be reporting to corporate f... read more

Friendly and quick. I thought I needed the charger port replaced, but he just cleaned it out quickly and didn't charge for the quick fix.
I just got my laptop fixed. They had a real nice professionals there and extremely great music!!! Someone there is definitely got some taste. Which added extra points to my review. It took longer than I expected, because I was told thar they usually fix things pretty fast. But overall , I was not charged a lot at all , and they got everything fixe d before my trip. So, can't really complain about a waiting for that price.
This was a horrible experience! They had my phone for over 5 and a half hours for a 20 minute fix. They would not answer the phone for hours! We had to make multiple trips there to get it fixed. After waiting an additional 20 minutes to pick up the phone, they gave me an up-charge to use my credit card! Do not go here unless you plan to wait hours and not be able to communicate with the staff!
