Today I stopped into this store to have my phone checked because I was having issues charging it. Seraphine looked at it and knew immediately what the problem was. There was debris in the charging port and he used tools to clean it. It now works great and I can't say enough about Seraphine's professionalism and how courteous he was. Highly recommend this store!!
