They replaced my screen and the next day it was flopping open. I went back and asked them to change the battery too while it was open. They changed the battery and was not able to charge it. Found out the hard way that if a battery is completely drained, the phone becomes useless. The failsafe which prevents the battery from being depleted did not work. Within a week they killed my phone.
