Took my appointment which described my exact problem with my phone, including the model of the phone. This is a common issue with this model. When I arrived, I was curtly told that they didn't have the part I needed, even though I said what I needed in my appointment description. Why bother taking my appointment? Why waste my time and yours? The employee seemed to think this was obvious, saying "the appointment only gets you time to talk with *me*, you need to call ahead next time." What a terrible system.
