After a couple of nightmare experiences at the Gainesville store, we decided to drive down to Buford when I broke my phone screen. They were wonderful! Helpful, prompt, and they did what they said they would do. I highly recommend them!
I visited this shop on Sunday the 22nd of August to find out information about repairs and talked to "Al" who was very good with answering my questions about a shattered phone which was covered by Asurion. He gave me a few minutes of his time and I will be returning to get my phones*plural* repaired. Thank you for being good people with A+ customer service!
