Excellent with guick response.
We needed our Nintendo switch repaired…. Broken game card reader. When we got it home to play, turns out the reader wasn’t a good one ( even though it tested fine at the store). Brought it back same day and showed them how it didn’t always display the error, they kept it and 2 more card readers later…. Got one that worked! Appreciated their time to getting it fixed!! David and box were both so nice and helpful. Will definitely bring back any other gaming items that need repairs!
