@brady fixed my phone in 1 hour, will be a go to next time this happens.
Better customer service is needed. Walked in both times and no one bothered to say, hello be right with you etc. The second time I sat there a good ten minutes or more with no update nor unsure if anyone even knew who I was! There is more to a business other than the technical side. The battery replacement job took an hour and a half but I was told an hour. I understand things happen but its still important to set proper time expectations.
Thanks for making my phone look like new again.
Brady did an awesome job repairing my broken screen, The fingerprint service was down but he kept trying and never gave up. My phone works perfectly, great communication, fast and very professional! Highly recommend!! Great job!
