The guys were super nice and friendly and informative before service. And they did a great job in just a couple of hours. I have a phone allowance from my company in January and just couldn't bring myself to toss my S23 Note right now over a cracked screen. I'm actually thinking of buying the Assurion home warranty now because of how this transaction went. (This was my first ever phone repair.)
