The team in Concord, NC, helped me out as my screen broke at the airport on Sunday. They got me in and out with a new screen in short order. So thankful for them and highly recommend them.

Trying to figure out why it looks like my console was never even opened ontop of why MY SSD is Missing from inside my Console…it’s fine tho I’ve already contacted corporate and if this console doesn’t get fixed and my SSD replaced I’ll be going to the Better Business Bureau….unreal! heavy dust sure but to claim there we bugs in it and it’s unserviceable is a Joke when this console has been in 2 bug free houses since may 2022….
I gave my macbook for cleaning and my touch bar was not working properly. There was no repair done to touch bar and my macbook was not cleaned properly. I dont recommend this place.
Honest people, helped me save money. Told me the truth about my broken electronics and I realized they were not broken ! They’re genuine people. Something hard to find nowadays ! I highly recommend.
