Terrible experience here. After recognizing my screen was in perfect condition the employee went to claim that impact damage caused my screen to stop working because of a scratch on the side of my phone. It was clear he was looking for a reason to void the warranty and charge full price for a repair.
I am really grateful to have met Dev at Ubreakifix. Not only was he able to fix my screen before the end of the day, he was thoughtful, kind, and cared about my circumstance. You don't find that everywhere these days, but my father recently had brain surgery and I don't have a home phone so it'a a really difficult time to not be reachable.
