My issues were resolved. Communication was excellent.
Do not expect to take photos on photo booth/take zoom meeting calls/or anything that involves detailed cam work, if you get your screen fixed here. Camera is no longer a professional thing now that I got my screen fixed here, it's barely quality. My camera is EXTREMELY blurry. Also for some reason everything is more vibrant in terms of color (on display screen) other than that everything is back to normal in terms of fix. Dev is the man! I came into the store in a panic not being able to get my business laptop to power up or stay powered / on. He fixed it within minutes and was super kind and friendly. I sincerely appreciated his demeanor and help, thank you!!!!
GO TO PC WAREHOUSE INSTEAD. Right down the road. Ubreakifix was very rude and unprofessional. They said it would take at least 2 weeks to replace my screen on my computer and they would charge 100 just to find what the problem was? Also they took my phone in and after waiting a few days they gave it back without the problem fixed. Bottom line, they are expensive, time consuming, rude, and you don't get what you pay for overall.
