Julian did a fantastic job!
Called to get my Samsung Flip 7 fixed and was told they have the part in store and I could come in to get it fixed earlier than my scheduled appointment time. I go in on saturday and the gentlemen helping me tells me they dont have the piece, they only had the Flip 7 FE screen not my correct piece. He then proceeded to say his manager has to order the piece and it should be there thursday and I should be able to walk in for my scheduled appointment in a timely manner. So happy to find uBreakiFix in Santa Maria, after accidentally spilling sticky liquid into the keyboard of my laptop! Edgar was able to find a replacement part, order it and get my precious laptop back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone in need of technical equipment repairs!!
Employee was very friendly, kind, polite and gave us all the info we needed, he recommended options. Very glad to have had him helping us.
