Very satisfied with the repair and customer service from Kayla.
I went in with a PlayStation issue. The hdmi port needed to be repaired for the second time. There were major miscommunications between their employees and the situation we were in with the ps5 but their employee, Kayla was amazing. She helped us out so much. She was professional, understanding, and truly centered our needs. You don’t see a lot of good customer service these days, but she shined. I recommend this place and Kayla to help with you technology needs!
