Great that the phone was fixed quickly. Person at the counter was friendly. The only issue was that was it took 45 minutes to an hour to get waited on. :-(

Quick and friendly. However, the first time the tech didn't have a working screen. The second time while the screen works, it's not properly seated and the glass edge is exposed above the frame. Which I know is incorrect, but due to the hassle of scheduling via the Verizon insurance, I'll spend the money to replace the phone rather than have him try a 3rd time when it inevitably breaks due to this inadequate repair
