Don't bother going in for diagnosis. The tech I spoke to didn't bother looking at my phone and only quoted repairs based on my assumptions for what was wrong. 0 proactive initiative. It seems they only want customers with insurance claims.

Went in for a cracked screen. Able to replace it around about 30 minutes and gave us a free screen protector. No appointment needed and the workers are very informative.
