The wook they did on my device was sufficient. The customer service was very lacking. First of all they charged me a $70.00 diagnostic fee which it completely expected, but then told me I didn't pay this fee when I had done so. I came in to pick up my device with the receipt for my diagnosis fee and the guy was so rude and didn't accept their receipt as proof.
