I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a battery replacement service for my Google Pixel 8 Pro performed at the Phoenix location on April 13, 2026. While the store warned me of the risks associated with screen-entry repairs, there is a reasonable expectation that a trained technician at an Authorized Google Service Provider utilizes the correct specialized equipment to prevent such damage. They did great. Fast and efficient. Only negative: They are not an authorized repair shop for my "Visible" phone insurance. Most other are accepted at this shop.
