Best customer service ever! ETHAN answered all my questions and gave me free advice and assistance. And he didn’t even make fun of my “total-tech-ignorance”. I will definitely be doing business with uBreakiFix in Plano going forward.
I have used the services at this location twice. They are friendly, fast and they know what they are doing! Today my text messaging suddenly stopped working and in 10 minutes Ethan figured out the problem and got everything fixed. And Jocelyn is so friendly and helpful. They understand what customer service should be.
After I broke my Samsung phone screen, I called uBreakiFix (I used them before) and talked to Jocelyn. I had a couple of options (new screen or new phone with data transfer) and she gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. At the store, Jocelyn was very friendly and the repair was completed to my full satisfaction within the 2-hour period that she gave me at the start of the repair. This chain is the only Samsung certified repair center (beyond Samsung itself) in my location and I trust them.
Just walked in today and pretty much thought I needed a new port for my iPhone 14. No way in the world I thought they were gonna be able to get it to hold a cord. I’ve been dealing with this for the last couple of months and finally looked them up online. I saw that they do work with Asurion so I know they were reputable.
