Amazing experience at this location. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was nervous about having to leave my phone for a couple of hours, but he got it done in less than an hour. If I have any problems with my phone I will be sure to come back to this location.
I stumbled on finding this place, I was looking online to get the Xbox working. The first time ever going to a place to fix my elections and I'm really pleased to say they fixed it the first time. We brought the component home and within 30 minutes we were back up and playing our games. I will be going back with my other Xbox component's to be wireless on so we can play some of the older games.
Scott was amazing and had my flip 5 fixed in less than an hour after the Irving location turned me away. Thank you so much sir, you prove that great service still exists!
I had a great experience at the Grand Prairie location with David. He seems very knowledgeable about electronics and techy stuff. I plan to use their services again soon.
