Although they couldn't fix my screen. They helped me to realize I have a warranty on my computer and I can get it fixed at no cost. Even though I spent the initial cost to have them check it out but they really helped.
We live in Honolulu but were in the process of moving overseas when we got the warning about our Google Pixel phone batteries needing replacement. We had limited time (with family) in MD on our way. Today, we are relieved that we called ubreakifix at the Gateway Plaza in Annapolis. Their over-the-phone advice, in-person customer service, knowledge about our phones, and timely, professional service were all top notch. Thank you, also, to Google, for partnering with them.
This is the best repair experience I’ve had.
