Went in to get a simple crack repair (maybe 2 cm long) left it for a couple hours and when I went to get it back they said, "it had more water damage than they have ever seen and that when they tried to put the screen back on it they couldn't get the phone to turn back on and that I would have to contact claims for a replace phone that would cost $200" I haven't had 6my phone near any liquid, the phone was working perfectly fine just had a small crack.
