Quick and easy service at a great price
I had an issue with my charging port and they took care of it really fast. I definitely recommend going to this location especially for Samsung issues.
I called ahead to get a quote to replace my MacBook screen. I read the exact model number straight off the laptop to the associate, Akeem. He confirmed it and quoted me $625. So I brought it in and paid a nonrefundable deposit. Then I get a call saying the price is actually double, and that I “must’ve given the wrong model number.” No I didn’t. Mike did a great job on repairing my phone and really helpful and got it done quick for me since I was in a rush and did a great job !!
They did a good job repairing the screen and it was done quickly however they didn’t honor a coupon I had even though I signed up using my email and it said I could use the coupon. Also, they told me I would get receipt for repair by email - I never received it and the paper they gave me was faded. Then I called and they said that they did not send a receipt by email.. so weird! So now I cannot submit a receipt to my insurance company to get reimbursement I would not use this place again
