Took many days longer than first promised, repeat promises that weren't fulfilled, wrong phone numbers contacted the status updates despite advising otherwise. Entirely too long of a process and replacing the screen was the exact same price as buying a refurbished phone.
Kayden helped me with my repair, very satisfied. The repair took just a few days very minimal deductible thanks to Verizon home protect. My laptop had a shattered screen, they are able to replace a screen battery and keyboard all for the same cost. Very professional knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend any Asurion protected products for your phone or home devices. A plus service, 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend to come again

Today I took my daughter’s phone to get the screen and camera lenses fixed. Came a lil close to closing did not expect for it to be done same day . But Isaac made it happen and it came back perfect. Daughter is very happy. Thank you Isaac if I can give 10 stars I would !
