The guy, Mike, was very helpful and patient with me. I hadn’t filed a claim when I went in, and he kindly guided me. My display panel replacement was done in 2 hrs. I used my device protection through Verizon and didn’t have to pay for the repair.
Worst experience and waisted 3 hours of my life because the employees have no patience and refuse to do anything thats not charging apparantly. I was gonna pay $485.00 for a screen and back screen for camera. I have no warranty and paid full price for OEM and was told by employee that i cannot keep my old parts. So i asked him to show me where it says that and he refused to help me anymore he kept trying to put the old screen back on while i was just asking for something that says that. EDIT: I have to drastically change my review of this location and my overall experience with Asurion through Verizon. I’ve been a customer of both for 23 years and have never complained about cost or declining service—until now. Two days ago, I needed a screen replacement. I scheduled an appointment in advance and called to confirm parts were available, which they said they were. Mike was awesome! Rebooted my phone when I thought charger port was damaged. Simple fix!!! Saved me a lot of headache and money! I definitely recommend ubreakifix for repairs and troubleshooting problems.
