Repair was amazing. Customer service when dropping it off was amazing. Customer service when picking it up? Not so much. Most unenthusiastic customer service I've encountered in a long time.
Took my Xbox Series S in for an HDMI port repair, got it back two days later with fully restored HDMI everything. From the port, to the soldering, and even a quick clean up of the motherboard. Plus Everyone I met there was very polite and respectful.
I had a rock stuck in my charging port, they were super helpful and quick! Definitely recommend. Daniel was great!!
Ive used this place a few times over the years. I put in a claim to get my phone screen replaced and scheduled a "come to me" appointment where they come to my house and fix it cause im a stay at home dad and my wife took our only vehicle to work. Couple days later got an email saying theyre van broke down and they need to reschedule. I then got a call from the tech who got me rescheduled to the following week, same day same time as previous appointment.
