This is my second experience with this company. I was scheduled via my cell phone company yesterday to be in the shop by six this evening. I drove an hour and a half only to find they closed early. No phone call to let me know they had to close early due to staffing issues (that was what the sign on the door said)! Definitely not a happy customer!
Made an appointment, but when I arrived the store was locked and nobody would answer the phone. My appointment wasn't even right when they opened. I saw several people try to enter the store for either walk in or appointments, and they ended up just leaving. Edit: I did eventually get my phone fixed here. But I had to get it fixed again at a different ubreakIfix 4 months later due to my flip5 not folding all the way. Apparently there was a missing screw and the ribbons and connectors weren't placed correctly.

Absolutely amazing! Our tablet broke on vacation and the location there said we needed to file a claim. When we got back from vacation a few days later we went into local store in Lexington to ask questions. Simeon answered every question we had and when he took a look he realized it could be repaired!! Will not be going anywhere else for our tech!
This place is terrible and I don’t recommend going super unprofessional and just brake your devices worse, so I took my Xbox series X in for a repair on the hdmi after waiting 5 days they called me and said it wasn’t going to be fixable moreover when I tried to pick up my Xbox they had said I didn’t have one with them after pulling the receipt and waiting 30 minutes they gave me my console back missing the stickers on the back and missing a screw now it won’t even turn on I’ve seen good reviews about another shop in the hamb... read more
