Good for simple phone and tablet repairs but not knowledgeable about other electronics. Saying NO is better than lying and trying rip people pocket off which clearly won’t fix device . Keep in mind not all customer walk through the door are in same level . Maybe I had knowledge of what was wrong just didn’t have time to fix it myself .
The young lady who assisted me at the front was very kind and helpful. Josh did my repair and he was very professional.
I was sent here from At&T and I had an amazing and smooth process.
The customer service representative was amazing but the work handled on my device not as great as the customer care. The device was given a 24 hour turnaround time which did not happen. I eventually just had to replace the device as whole after 2-2.5 weeks of delay and it inevitably caused more problems, complications, and forfeitures. I remember the service from many years ago being superb but I can’t bank on that now.
