Wow, in less 3 minutes, Lee, fix my sim card which had becone dislodged after my cell phone fell down a flight of steps and landed on conrete. A miracle my phone now works!

Broke my screen during repair for a charging port and did not contact me and when I contacted them after waiting three weeks they left me on hold for twenty minutes before telling me what happened. Then when I went to pick it up they tried to charge me for the screen!
