Danny did a fantastic job!! After an issue with Asurion not getting my claim correct, he fixed my phone and had it ready much soon than expected! He was very nice, professional and super helpful! Thank you!

I brought 2 iPhones into the shop today to be fixed under our protection plan. Both of them had cracked back glass. We were greeted by Hope who was super nice and explained the process and that it would take about 2 1/2 hours per phone, as the back screen is in intricate job. I left the phones there and went out and was pleasantly surprised when Danny called to say that they had fixed both phones in the 2 1/2 hours. Hope was super polite and just as helpful when I came in almost at closing, I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt my broken screen would be well taken care of. I came in the following day and Dan closed me out and was just as helpful before I arrived I had to call to see if it was done and both then and in the store was great and I will come back again if I break another device!
