The staff is friendly, but the service is terrible. I took my Nintendo 3DS XL in to have the case replaced. When they gave it back to me, the case was fine, but when I tried to turn on the console, it wouldn't turn on, and I don't know what they did to it, since they unscrewed the back. I noticed because a screw cap was missing, and when I removed the case to check my console to see the battery, it turned out that they broke the console's micro SD memory, and I realized that they opened the back because screws were missing. ... read more
