Very helpful!! I had an external hard drive which I thought was completely broken. Ubreakifix took a look at it and showed me it was a simple fix so I was able to get my data back. Very thankful.
Ky was so helpful getting my phone to the technician quickly. I had to be at work and had limited time. Jorge fixed my phone and had me out the door in 30 minutes. These guys are the best! Highly recommend this store for any repairs.
If I could give six stars or more, I definitely would thanks to the team (Ky, Phillip, and Jorqe) at uBreakiFix on Franklin St. :) They've helped me with my laptop hinges a while back, and today they were able to revive my laptop when I thought that it couldn't be saved; definitely come here if you need services done, most friendly and informing people that I've ever met when it comes to technology; unlike a lot of other people I've met!
