I rarely leave negative reviews — perhaps three in my entire life — but my recent interaction with Jacob warrants one. His demeanor was dismissive, and when he did provide answers, they were vague to the point of requiring constant follow-up. The overall experience was not only unhelpful but also emblematic of poor customer engagement. For a company that presumably values its clients, this level of service is unacceptable. My advice to prospective customers: take your business elsewhere.
