I am a frustrated customer who received bad service from this shop. A couple of weeks after they replaced my iPhone 11, it started to show streaks and uneven colors with worse resolutions (see pictures attached). I took my laptop in for a keyboard replacement and had an absolutely terrible experience. I brought my laptop to them the first week of July, and they gave me an estimate of 3-4 days for the replacement. I didn't hear back for 10 days. They texted me that the keyboard replacement didn't fix my laptop and would attempt to replace the battery. I booked an online appointment to have a new battery installed in my phone - specifically mentioning which phone I have. I arrived only to find that they did not have the battery in stock. It is curious in this day and ago that ubreakitIfix does not have the technology to ensure that they have the necessary parts in stock. The technician was helpful and apologetic.
