Garbage company. They replaced the screen on my brand new phone around Nov/Dec of 2024. Screen went out again the following July, but wasn't under warranty because they "found moisture inside." Screen went out again barely a month later and they flat out refused to even consider warranty replacement. They failed to tell me that replacing the screen completely destroys ANY water resistance. Minor humidity or sweat will infiltrate the phone without resistance. Had they told me this, I would have shrink-wrapped the phone AND ca... read more
