Josh was very professional and knowledgeable about my broken screen replacement. I have a Samsung S23 and they are an authorized Samsung repair facility, something I didn't know until I got there. They used Samsung parts for the replacement and so far my phone is performing equal to its original screen. They were recommended by my daughter who also had a very good experience.
Excellent customer service! Chris was able to assist me and fix my issue within minutes! He had four customers at once and was so calm, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for any future phone/tablet repairs!
