They know there stuff. Very knowledgeable, very kind and great service. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone to try if they need it.
Communication was good and repair was done promptly. 1 star removed because price was so high but it was all OEM parts.
They fixed two devices for me and both work fine now. For the laptop, they charged me less than the initial estimate due to diagnosing the issue to be much more minor than they had anticipated. Any other place would have probably ripped me off.
