They took 24 days to do a 7-10 day estimated repair due to not sending out my console. Never answered the phone. When I finally got an answer about my console they said they couldn't repair it, never gave a reason why. They couldn't give a reason why. And the cherry on top, they gave it back damaged and beat up. No refund, no responsibility, and no money. My console still doesn't work and it's damaged, haven't check to see if there's damage inside but there probably is. I now have to talk to their higher-ups to try and solve... read more
