Just had my Iphone serviced and unfortunately I had to have the screen replaced. This was not cheap. Service was excellent and quick. My only complaint is that I wish these stores would keep up stock on aftermarket parts that are much more cost-effective for their valued customers. Having that option had they kept good stock quantities would’ve hurt much less than it did today. Over $400 for an OEM screen. Ouch!
I drove an hour out of the way to have these guys fix my phone and wow it was worth it, I had a shattered screen and they replaced it in just 40 minutes and my phones perfectly fine again, amazing staff very welcoming and helpful thank yall for helping me AND they hooked me up with a free screen protector in the process, I would absolutely come back if I have another issue !!

UPDATE: I did decide to give them another chance. The young man at the counter, different from the other person I delt with, was very helpful. The part for the phone was in, and within 45 min the repair was completed back to factory specs. ***** Went into the Cedar Park store 3 times to have my phone fixed. First time they didn't have the back to fix my camera lens. Told me I could call another store to see if they had one or they would order one. They guy said he would order be there overnight.
