If I could give 0 stars here I wish I could. Honestly took this phone here because there was an lcd and back cover issue on my Samsung s24 ultra. Initially got the lcd replaced but then after a week, the lcd started to flicker. I took the phone back to the shop and was told that the tech didn’t want to try to fix it because he thought that another lcd replacement would not resolve the issue. I've come here on 2 separate occasions for 2 different phones and each time they never repair the phone only gave excuses and didn't even look at the phone and I was sent here both times by Verizon. I think either they are lazy or looking to get more money
Sorry but I was not very pleased with the results. Being told you probably weren't going to be able fix my laptop I paid over $2000 for about 4 years ago because the parts would be hard to find was the last thing I needed to hear. I paid you guys $75 for the same information the Geek squad gave me for free after they ran tests on it. I just thank God my 10 year old Lenovo desk top is still hanging in there.
Clayton was so helpful and took care of us very quickly. Definitely will be coming back if I need my electronics fixed again!!
