45 minutes I left them with my phone and got back a perfectly working phone again. Big s/o to the workers there; especially to Rust. He explained everything perfectly clear and entrusted me that the process would go smoothly
They are really friendly.
We had a broken screen replaced on a Samsung tablet. Good price, but terrible communication. We were not given a clear idea of timing, and a week after dropping it off, we had to follow up for an ETA. We were told 4 days in a row "it will be done today, we will call you" No call any of the days. I don't mind the timing, they had to order a new screen, but the lack of communication and the blatant lying to us throughout is rude and unacceptable. The screen looks good, but the picture doesn't get nearly as bright as before.
Lack of transparency. Lack of communication. Being told the repair would take a week only for the tech to not be at the store the day the repair was promised. They still failed to reach out after I asked for a status update. Misquoted repair price.
Awesome service very fast
