Took my Xbox X series on September 8th, didn't hear anything from them for a month when I called them. Got the run around, got excuses. Called about once a month after that...Needless to say.... As of recieving this message I still haven't received my console or the game that was in it, back. Pretty pissed about it.

I went to this place to have my phone checked, as my insurance provider had referred me there. I tried to explain what I needed to the person assisting me, but since I didn't speak English, he was rude to me every time I asked a question—even banging on the poor computer. I left, said "thank you," and walked out. If you don't speak English, I do not recommend this place, as you will face discrimination.
