Had a great experience at uBreakiFix! I brought in my Xbox for a broken HDMI port, and they handled it perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and my console is back to working like new.
Took my Xbox X series on September 8th, didn't hear anything from them for a month when I called them. Got the run around, got excuses. Called about once a month after that...Needless to say.... As of recieving this message I still haven't received my console or the game that was in it, back. Pretty pissed about it.
