Billy is great! Got in right before close because my phone kept shutting off and needed a repair. He fit me in that night and was very professional. Great service.

I visited the uBreakiFix at the Sandy Springs Prado shopping center on Roswell Rd, and was helped by Ariel, who was knowledgeable, honest, and great with customer service. He clearly explained the possible repair costs for my phone and walked me through my options, including recommendations for reliable new phones after I asked him for additional guidance. I was very impressed with the experience. For any future issues, I plan to return to this location and ask for Ariel. I'll also recommend this store to friends.
Outstanding customer service. Ariel was awesome. Educated me on new phone features. This was the only store in the Metro Atlanta area that had a battery for the Google Pixel 5G
