My phone completely died on me. Dalton was the one who helped me both times I was in with my phone. He was amazing both times. He went above and beyond for me.
Took my phone in to be fixed - Dalton helped me and was very professional and kind while I was there. He was able to fix my phone, so all around it was a good experience.
I’ve had to go here a couple of times to get my phone fixed. Both times, Dalton helped me and he was really nice. He was patient and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend.
Took my dead phone (wouldn't take a charge or turn on) and all they could do was refer me to a company in CA that wanted to charge me a minimum of $700 up to $4900 to recover the data. I was later able to trick the phone into working long enough to wirelessly transfer 100% of the data using the SMARTSWITCH app. Sooooooo, I ended up doing it myself. Advice I received from uBreakiFix was valueless.
