Went there to get my phone folding screen fixed and was told they would have the part by the next day or 2 and I would be contacted to get my phone in for fixing. Never heard back, so I called 2 weeks later and was told they have no record of anything, I was told in person my phone would be covered by warranty and free of charge. I could not be happier!!! Instead of having to purchase a new IPhone my IPhone was repaired by UBreakiFix for a very reasonable amount of money. I highly recommend. The technician was kind, my appointment was on time, he was knowledgeable and thorough. Five stars for the Myrtle Beach location.
Dalton was great and very wise on his service to help us out with a broke phone.
