The heavy set Hispanic lady who I assume is the manager attempted to say that my Google pixel that is protected under extended warranty for screen lines is not able to be fixed do to the lightly scratched outer chassis.
Excellent service from start to finish! Alex was professional, friendly, and made the entire iPhone screen repair process quick and hassle-free. Everything was handled efficiently, and my phone looks great. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend!
They were scheduled to come in person 10/9 then they rescheduled me for 10/11 that morning I was still scheduled then they rescheduled again. Decided to drive to their establishment which was closed upon arrival. Times on door states open Sunday 12pm-5pm there are no signs that say we do not open on Sunday. There was at least two other people waiting
Place is closed
Left my work phone to repair, they told me they close at 7pm on Saturday, I show up to pick up my phone at 6:30pm and the place is closed. Now I can't get my phone until Monday at 10am and I cant work without the phone.
